WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS BETTER?

Is your life filled with aliveness and growth or are you stuck?

I first remember hearing this phrase repeatedly during some of my early training. “What would make this better?”  It has stayed with me from the beginning and is like a dashboard gauge that you query throughout a trip like your speedometer or your GPS map.  It is about continuous improvement, it is about being curious about what is possible and what could be, it is about moving from where you are now to where you want to be.

Where are you now?  Do you feel like you are moving forward or do you feel stuck or lost?  When you are driving and get stuck in the mud or snow, a push or some leverage can help get you free and on the road again.  When you are lost, asking for directions can often get you back on track.  And you know what?  There are often many different routes that will get you to the same place.

I have been on a journey of personal growth and discovery since 2010.  I am still curious and I am still changing.  I did Six Sigma, LEAN, Balanced Scorecard, process improvement and change management to find ways to do things better in my last career.  I began my Act II in July 2018 and now I work with individuals, couples and groups to help them along their own life growth journeys.  I’m here to lend a push or give directions for a path that is available to you.

I prefer body based somatic methods because these are so often neglected in our culture and the rest of them will only get you part way.  I believe that a holistic approach will lead to sustainable results. I emphasize intimacy because on some level we are all connected and we are all in this together.  Intimacy is about relating - to ourselves, to each other, to the world we live on and to your experience of spirituality.  There is a synergy that can happen when we intentionally and purposefully work together.
